Part 1 Here I am showing you how to apply a decoupage paper from Mint Papers called Angel, it’s best to apply over a white background to get a more vibrant color from the papers, however I have applied them on to raw wood and dark colors as well. I don't like seeing the edges of the paper I put on furniture. So I do a lot of blending. Mix colors, use tools and add until I'm happy.
